Never send us passwords or verification codes. We will never ask for them, and we don't need them to help you.
Quick answers first
My verification code didn't arrive
Some websites block well-known temporary email domains. On the inbox page, click switch domain to get an address on a different domain, then ask the website to resend the code. The inbox updates by itself, so there's no need to refresh.
I reloaded the page and my address changed
Every visit starts with a fresh address. Your previous one is offered back under the address box for 60 minutes: click Switch back to return to it with its messages.
Can you recover a deleted or expired message?
No. Messages are kept in server memory only and erased 60 minutes after they arrive, or as soon as you delete them. Once they're gone, nobody can get them back, including us.
Report abuse
If a TempMailCode address was used to harass you, commit fraud or break the rules of your service, email us with:
- the TempMailCode address involved;
- the date and time, with your time zone;
- what happened, and the full headers of any email involved, if you have them.
We can block addresses, domains and API keys that are misused. See our Terms of Use for what isn't allowed.
Privacy questions
TempMailCode has no accounts and keeps messages for 60 minutes only, so in most cases we hold nothing about you. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what is stored and for how long.
